EA가 이미 Windows 8.1에서 배틀필드3가 동작하지 않는다는 것을 이미 알고 있습니다. 그래서 DICE 쪽 개발 부서로 문제 사항을 전달하였고 지금 수정 작업중에 있다네요. 대략 일주일 내외로 Windows 8.1에 대한 배틀필드3의 호환성 문제가 해결된다고 밝혔습니다.

you: This case I mean by 'Battlefield 3 unable to run in Windows 8.1'. Do you know Windows 8.1?

Ankit: Yes, i would like to let you know that your case has already been escalated, so you will have to wait for few more days.

Ankit: Basically it takes 7-8 business days, and your problem would be resolved.

you: This case only happens to me? I think that others are experiencing this problem same as mine. I want to let you know that this is very critical and very urgent matter.

Ankit: I understand the inconvenience caused to you. We apologize for that.

Ankit: Your case would surely be resolved very soon, please don't worry.

you: So, you mean they go through the process of fixing this issue? Anyway, you have to response to the new OS quickly. I hope that Battlefield 3 could be competible to Windows 8.1.

you: Then how can I know whether this issue is fixed?

you: Will you notice about this issue in Battlelog site?

Ankit: Windows 8.1 is in testing phase, so we can not predict about that. I am really sorry for that.

you: No, I mean when this issue is fixed, how will you let us know that the issue is fixed?

you: I didn't see any official notice about that.

Ankit: Yes, sure the specialist team will be resolve this issue, or it will address to your concern in best possible manner.

you: Via e-mail? That's good. And this will be fixed in a week right?

you: I have to say that Battlelog site slows when I try to connect to it via IE11.

you: Battlelog plugin has also a competibility issues. Misworking of it makes IE11 too slow.

Ankit: Okay

Ankit: I have checked that, no need to worry.

Ankit: Its basically due to your windows compatibly.

Ankit: When your specialist team would be contacting you all your issues will be resolved, don't worry.

you: Yeah, I 've been suspecting the compatibility of Windows 8.1. Then EA or DICE, or whatever team is also in the progress of fixing Battlelog plugin, which is newly competible to Internet Explorer 11 (Windows 8.1). Do I get your point well?

Ankit: Battlelog requires a browser able to run its plugins properly in order to to play BF3. Below are our recommendations. Please note this is not an exhaustive list:
Recommended:Google Chrome [google.com] Mozilla Firefox [mozilla.org]
Ankit: Yes, sure.

Ankit: The BattleLog plugin itself may also be waiting for input from you, and might be easy to miss. If it's your first time firing up BattleLog, check for any browser messages telling you that it needs an update and your confirmation.

you: Actually, it was not the first time to fire up Battlelog. I hope that Battlelog would work soon very very soon in Internet Explorer 11. Well done. Very very very very GOOD!
