윈 도 우 영국 전화인증 원문이 있나요?

그건 제가 올린 건데 영국이 아니고 미국의 것입니다. 제가 당시에 그 글을 올릴 때 이미 영국 전화인증은

스카이프로 전화거는 것 자체가 막혀서 올리고 싶어도 올릴 수가 없었음. (그리고 지금 현재까지도 막혀 있습니다)

적어도 스카이프로 영국에 전화거는 건 안됩니다. 기타 다른 어떤 수단으로는 가능할지 몰라도.
