Release notes:
1. Update the based version to Chromium 18.0.1025.152.
2. [New feature]Mouse gestures: add gesture tip and trail. 
3. [New feature]Rename bottom toolbar as quick access toolbar, which can be attached to sidebar.
4. [New feature]Add mute feature on quick access toolbar, and improve the zoom feature.
5. [Bug fixed]Other crash bugs.
6. In order to do it better, we add a survey.
