CoolNovo V2.0.5.8 Beta for Windows Released~~

Release notes:
1. Update the based Chromium version to 23.0.1271.95.
2. Mouse gesture action "close current tab and activate the right one" can't work sometimes.
3. The name description does not show correctly.
4. Restore the close-button on tab in the "Options-Tabs".
5. Mouse gestures "Minimize", "Maximize/Restore" can't work.
6. CoolNovo will be resetted to default browser after auto-update when it is not the default.
7. Update some imags for win8.
