안녕하세요, 올려주신 자료에 문제가 있는 듯하여 문의드립니다.
powerdvd18 버젼때도 ultra 버젼 올려주셨을 때 x265 라이센스 인증 안된 버젼 올려주셨었는데요.
아래 링크는 당시 디폴트님이 올려주신 powerdvd18 버젼 게시글입니다.

옛날에 님께서 올려주셨던 powerdvd18 동일한 버젼에서는 x265 동일한 영상이 정상적으로 실행되었습니다.
올려주신 powerdvd19 에서는 x265 영상의 경우 소리만 나오네요.
자료의 출처가 어디인지 모르겠지만, 18버젼 때나, 19버젼 때나 디폴트님이 올려주신 자료는 x265 영상 실행하는 경우,
팝업화면이 뜨 나서 소리만 들리고 화면이 나오지 않습니다.
그런 이유로 옛날에님이 올려주신 걸로 잘 사용중이었습니다.
첨부파일은 구성요소가 활성화 되지 않았다는 팝업이며, 디폴트님께서 올려주셨던 powerdvd18 버젼 때와 동일한 증상발생합니다.

정품 인증하면 됩니다. 위에 디폴트님이 댓글로 올려주신 키젠으로 직접 인증하면 되는 것입니다. 옛날에님이 올려주신 버전은 크랙버전이고, 디폴트님이 올려주신것은 파워dvd 제작사 사이버링크 홈페이지에서 정품을 다운받아 키젠으로 각각의 사용자가 직접 인증해서 사용하는 차이지요.
방식의 차이지 큰 문제는 없습니다.
그냥 이러이러한 문제가 있고, 잘 모르는데 알려주실분 없냐고 정중하게 물어보는게 더 좋았을뻔 했습니다.
자료의 출처 운운하기 보다는 말입니다.
키젠으로 정품 인증하는법은 인터넷에 널려있으니 직접 찾아보시면 쉽게 해결될 수 있을겁니다.

제가 컴맹이라 잘 못하는건가 봅니다. 키젠이 2종류 첨부되어있는데, 2가지 전부 해봐도 x.265 영상은 실행이 안되네요.
키젠 적용하기 전에 검은 화면에 소리만 나오는 상태인데,
키젠 적용하면 오히려 기능제한 팝업 뜨고 마찬가지로 검은화면에 소리만 납니다.
제가 키젠 사용법을 몰라서 해결을 못하고 있는데, 크랙버젼이 확실히 기능제한이 없다는 사실은 건졌군요.

1. 인터넷 연결을 해제한다.
2. PowerDVD 를 설치한다. (PowerDVD_19.0.1511.62_Ultra_DVD180529-01.exe)
3. 설치후 실행시키지 말고 레지스트리를 수정한다. (온라인 체크를 로컬로 바꿔주는 작업.)
Reg_Patch_PowerDVD_19_x64.reg 또는 Reg_Patch_PowerDVD_19_x86.reg 파일을 실행하여 레지스트리를 수정한다.
4. PowerDVD 를 실행하여 제품 등록키를 넣는다.
