유틸리티 Windows 7, 8.x Telemetry 제거툴 v1.17

버전업하였습니다.

윈도우 7, 8.x 버전에서 10으로 업그레이드를 요구하는 각종 핫픽스, 레지스트리 관련 정보를 제거하는 툴입니다.

직역하지 않고 의역으로 번역하였습니다.

윈도우 10에서는 필요없는 프로그램입니다.

Details:

Block 201 bad hosts, change windows update to check/notify (do not download/install), disable automatic delivery of internet explorer via windows update, disable ceip/gwx/skydrive(aka onedrive)/spynet/telemetry/wifisense, disable remote registry, disable 31 scheduled tasks, disable windows 10 download directory, remove diagtrack, sync time to ntp.org, hide/uninstall 50 kb updates (see below).

201개의 배드 hosts를 차단, windows 다운로드 정책을 사용 안 함으로 변경, windows update 를 통해 internet explorer의 자동화된 전달을 차단(가령, IE 10에서 IE 11 업데이트 리스트가 뜨는 것을 차단 - MS 공식 차단 방법), ceip/gwx/skydrive/spynet/telemetry/wifisense 차단, 원격 레지스트리 차단, 31개의 스케쥴된 tasks 차단, windows 10 다운로드 차단, diagtrack, sync time 등을 제거.. 50개의 관련 업데이트를 제거하고 숨김

Instructions:

Download, unzip, disable anti-virus, right click on aegis.cmd, click "run as administrator", follow on-screen instructions.

Note: If unable to uninstall some kb's this post may help.

다운로드 받고.. 압축을 푼 뒤.. aegis.cmd 를 실행하면 됩니다.

Internet Explorer:

Some updates which may contain critical security patches for ie, as well as automated delivery of ie and related updates, will be blocked. Due to the obvious security risk posed by running an unpatched browser we strongly advise to uninstall ie. If you plan to continue to use ie you should probably not run this script - or manually patch and do so at your own risk.

이 부분이 애매한데.. 설명상으로는 IE의 치명적인 보안 업데이트가 반영되지 않는다고 되어 있는데.. 실제는 IE 11 누적 업데이트 적용에 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 제작자 설명으로는 IE를 제거하고.. 타 브라우저의 사용을 권장한다고 하네요.

Windows Update:

This script will not block Windows Update however it will change your Windows Update settings to 'check/notify but do not download/install'. If you have problems getting Windows Update to work properly after running the script you may need to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or the System Update Readiness Tool. If you have recently installed updates and have not yet rebooted you should reboot before running the script. If you are on a fresh install you may want to install all updates before running Aegis for the first time, otherwise it may take a long time to update.

이 스크립트는 Windows Update 자체를 차단하지 않고, 정책만 "다운로드나 설치는 하지 않고, 체크와 확인만 하게끔" 변경하구요.

이 프로그램으로 문제가 발생할 경우 Windows Update Troubleshooter 혹은 System Update Readiness Tool을 사용하라고 하네요.

최근에 업데이트를 설치하고 재부팅하지 않았다면.. 이 스크립트를 다시 실행해야 할 수도 있고,

새로 설치 후 이 프로그램을 실행하기 전에 모든 업데이트를 설치하게 되면, 업데이트 시간이 많이 소요될 수도 있답니다.
