Requirements:

Changelog:
- Added WebM format in the following resolutions if available for the video: 2160p, 1440p, 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p, 240p and 1440p. The formats 2160p, 1440p, 1080p and 720p support 256k audio if available. 1080p and 720p support 60 FPS if available and the others supports 128k audio.
