CoolNovo V2.0.5.18 Stable for Windows Released~~

Release notes:
1. Update the based Chromium version to 23.0.1271.97.
2. Shorten the Options and features.
3. Js can't work in popups sometimes.
4. Clicking the rss resource will become to download. 
5. Can't print.
6. Mouse gesture can't scroll the page to the end in some conditions.
7. Mouse gesture action "close current tab and activate the right one" can't work sometimes.
8. CoolNovo will be resetted to default browser after auto-update when it is not the default.
9. Can't set CoolNovo as default brwoser on Win8.
10. Cancel the limitation of installing extensions.
11. Improve the launching speed.
