유틸리티 윈도우용 NTP v4.2.8p14

4월 20일자 윈도우 PC 시각 동기화 프로그램인 NTP v4.2.8p14입니다.

작년에 나온 p13 버전 이후 마이너 보안 패치와 기능 향상이 적용되었으며 이 패키지에는 openSSL DLL v1.1.1f 가 포함되어 있습니다.
