Updated Win10PE_SE_2018-10-16 - v1809 support (Core)

    Thank you to the great ChrisR    for creating the Win10PE SE project.  Last year we were lucky enough to get one last SE update from him, since then, the Win10XPE project has been created.    An excellent project and evolution for PE building.  

Although this is great news, it also means the SE project servers have been left without updates... 

It is with great pleasure I announce to you, the Win10PE SE project has been moved into Extended Support.  

The Win10PE SE project servers are now updated

(*Temporarily, you will need to download the current Win10PESE release, and run Utils>Update Win10PESE (Exact and Secure) to update your build, the main project zip will be uploaded soon)

Finals>LogonAsAdmin - Updated for 1809 compatibilty - *Revamped auto login: When 0 is selected for timer, entire prompt is bypassed during boot.
Finals>StartMenuRedirect - Added to Finals> - Adds options to save StartMenu between boots, and add Reg Keys/Drivers by placing them in a folder and rebooting

Utils>GetWaikTools - Updated from 18.5 ==> 18.10
